Return Conditions

• The product must be returned with its invoice, return form, original box, packaging, and standard accessories, completely and undamaged.

• Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Rings produced according to specific finger sizes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• In addition to the general return procedure, the following special return conditions apply before purchasing a product.

Product Usage and Responsibility

• The products are made of 925 sterling silver. Gold-plated products may experience color fading over time, depending on user habits.

• Exposure to water, alcohol-based cleaners, perfume, shower, sea, and pool may cause deterioration in products.

• If damage occurs due to user error and is repairable, the product will be inspected upon the customer’s request. If deemed suitable for repair, it will be revised, and the shipping cost will be covered by the customer. The repaired product will be sent back with a cash-on-delivery service.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Gifts purchased for third parties can be exchanged if there is no hygiene restriction, but returns are not accepted.

• Returns are not accepted if the product or its packaging is damaged, broken, torn, deformed, or used.

• Used products cannot be returned due to personal dissatisfaction.

• Once the returned product is received and meets the return conditions, the refund process will begin.

• The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends entirely on your bank’s policies.

Damaged or Missing Products

• It is recommended to check the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

• If the product is missing or damaged, a report must be issued with the courier. Requests accompanied by such a report will be processed promptly to resolve the issue.
